  • Can i machine wash my garment?
    Yes, you can. However, for a long life, do not wash over 30 degrees and do not iron over the vinyl.
  • Are your clothes suitable for woman?
    Yes! All our clothes are unisex. We love to see everyone wearing brisa apparel
  • How do i wash my tiedye garments?
    Do not tumble dry, do not wash your garment in higher temperature than 30 degrees (20 is best) or hand wash the piece. Do not use a lot of detergents.
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    Unfortunately for the time being, We do not offer any discount codes or vouchers.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    We are open full time to reply and discuss any issues you may have.
  • Why do i need to register an account to shop on your website?
    Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you and allows you to keep track of your orders.
  • Is my personal information kept private?
    Yes, we do not share any information given by you with any third party. Please read our privacy policy for more information concerning this matter.
  • Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
    Unfortunately not, you will need to place a separate order for anything else that you want to buy.
  • Can i cancel my order?
    Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel or amend your order
  • What payment methods can I use?
    We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro. We also accept secure payments via PayPal.

  • Do you do refunds?
    Sorry, We do not do any refunds unless they are damaged or lost during transition.
  • When will i receive my package?
    We ask that you allow up to 7 working day to receive your purchase. After them 7 days, if you have not received your purchase contact us at: brisapparel@outlook.com
  • What if i receive my order but the product is damaged?
    We ensure all clothing leaves in the best condition, If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
  • I think i got the sizing wrong on my order, can i exchange it for a different size?
    We’re happy to send you the right size and do an exchange. Send us an email at brisapparel@outlook.com before sending your item.
  • Do you ship outside the UK?
    Unfortunately for the time being, we do not ship outside the UK. All deliveries are within the UK.
