DELIVERIES & RETURNS

We do NOT offer any refunds; however, if your garment is lost or damaged during transition, we will investigate it and exchange it for a new one.  

 

We cannot be held responsible for missing returns where a receipt has not been obtained or is missing, so please ensure it is kept safe until your return is finalized. If you feel that your garment was damaged when received, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at brisapparel@outlook.com before making a return.

 

Please note, you are responsible for paying the postage charges for returning goods to us. We strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage and/or recorded delivery in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.

 

Returns need to be new, unused, in a saleable condition in their original packaging and with all the labels, tags and any security devices or seals intact. We reserve the right to withhold exchange if a returned item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, in a condition that we deem renders it un-sellable.
